Here are two ways to access your CalFresh (Food Stamps), Cash-Aid, CMSP or Medi-Cal case information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System

Dial toll free at 877-410-8825.


Obtain information regarding:
  • Benefit Amounts
  • Office Hours and Location
  • Request (QR7 and MRS)
  • Status of Your Program
  • Worker Contact Information
You will need your Case Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN) to access the IVR system. If you don't have a PIN, the IVR system will provide you instructions on how to get your PIN when you call.
