Nevada County Purchasing Division invites local restaurants to participate in providing bids for the Great Plates Food Service Program. Great Plates Food Service Program is a State/Federal approved program to support older adults and adults living with disabilities, who are considered high risk by the CDC, with three free, restaurant-quality meals. This home delivery program helps our most vulnerable community members stay safe at home during the pandemic. Restaurants and Delivery staff will be providing 3 nutritionally balanced meals a day to seniors and vulnerable adults within Nevada County. Responding bidders shall provide their firm, fixed pricing for the duration of the resulting agreement and pricing must be inclusive of delivery, supply/food costs, containment and labor.
