10-day Public Inspection of Rebuttals of Arguments 

-During the 10-Day public inspection of rebuttals period, rebuttal materials related to Measure G are available for public examination in the elections official's office for a period of 10 days (August 19-28, 2025).  Any person may obtain a copy of the related materials in the elections official's office.  

-During the public examination period, any voter of the jurisdiction in which the election is being held, or the county elections official, may seek a writ of mandate or an injunction requiring any or all of the materials related to the rebuttals be amended or deleted. The writ of mandate or injunction request shall be filed no later than the end of the public examination period.
