Veterans Day presents a time of reflection for many Veterans. It also presents an opportunity for communities to pull together and celebrate the Veterans in their community. Each year Veterans Day weekends are filled with many opportunities for Veterans to celebrate their service and appreciate the service of Veterans from other eras. This year will be no different in Nevada County, as we celebrate the 100th anniversary of the WWI armistice.
