Nominees for county judicial office must declare their intent to file for the March 5, 2024 Presidential Primary Election. The period to file a Declaration of Intention begins October 30, 2023 and ends at the close of business on November 8, 2023 (may be extended if the incumbent fails to file). The candidate filing fee is due at the time the candidate files the Declaration of Intention.
