Aboveground  Petroleum  Storage

Requirements

If you are the owner of an aboveground storage tank (AST)containing petroleum products with a storage capacity of at least 1,320 gallons, you must prepare a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan. This Plan is to be kept on-site at all times and updated every 5 years.

Aboveground storage tank systems are required to be reported in CERS as part of a facility HMBP. See below for templates and refer to the CERS page for information on how to report your AST.
