- New project submittals and walk-in appointments are accepted from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Schedule an in-office appointment.
- The lobby is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Online by using our Citizen Access Portal to apply for permits, schedule inspections, and more. For guidance with our online portal, you can follow the instructions provided in this handout.
