Previously, Julie worked as the supervising dietitian at an eating disorder, substance abuse and mental health treatment center in Seattle, before moving to Nevada County. She has owned and operated 2 nutrition private practices, and has taught countless nutrition and cooking classes over the past 10 years. Currently, Julie is a nutritionist for the Nevada County Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program, and a nutrition educator for NEOP. Julie covers topics such as eating for recovery from substance abuse; teaches a seasonal eating and farmers market class, and offers ongoing classes at WIC.
