Limited Services By Appointment Only Starting June 29, 2020
The Customer Service Counter for Nevada County Community Development Agency is now open by appointment ONLY effective June 29, 2020. Appointments are available Monday through Thursday from 9am to 11am and 1pm to 3pm. You can schedule your appointment by contacting our office directly at 530-265-1222 Option 4 (Code), CodeCompliance@co.nevada.ca.us, or 530-265-1222 Option 8 (Cannabis), firstname.lastname@example.org, to book a time. No same day appointments will be available at this time.
We are asking that if you are able to utilize email, phone, online services, and the drop box located in the Rood Center lobby to please continue to do so. Visit our Code or Cannabis Division websites to look up property information, file code investigation service requests, obtain cannabis permit information, and much more. Commercial Cannabis Application Appointments
Commercial Cannabis Permit applicants can make appointments with CDA staff for Administrative Development and Commercial Cannabis Permits. Appointments will occur Monday-Friday starting at 8:00am on a first-come, first-served basis. Appointments are for COMPLETE submittals only. ADP Opens a New Window. and CCP Opens a New Window. packets are available online or at the CDA office located at 950 Maidu Ave. in Nevada City.
